The Braintrust community membership is designed for people who want to build the Braintrust network. When members contribute to the Braintrust network, they level-up to unlock perks, access new features, gain permissions, and get special privileges at each level.

Level Description
Level Perks
Level 0
Everyone starts at Level 0 and must submit proof of work and attend a Welcome Call to advance to Level 1.
Limited access to the Braintrust Discord channels.
Level 1
Community members advance from Level 0 to Level 1 by showing proof of work in #🛠proof-of-work and then are able to start building small projects and forging meaningful relationships in the community.

Level 2
Braintrust community members and approved talent have access to jobs, exclusive community events, peer support training and more token-earning opportunities.

Level 3
Level 3 participants lead other Braintrust Network participants to build more impactful projects and control grant budgets.

How to submit Proof of Work to unlock Level 1 channels.
Uplevel your Braintrust Discord Membership status from Level 0 to Level 1.
Advance to Level 1 by completing your first quest: Showing proof of work to level up in Discord is one way to let us know you're not a robot. It's also a great way to raise your hand so other members of the Braintrust Network can start getting to know you better. There are a couple different types of proof of work. You need only submit one.
- 1.Join the Braintrust Platform and watch the “Welcome to Braintrust” Academy Course. You will need to sign-into your Braintrust account to access the video. You will receive a 404 unless you are logged-in to your Braintrust account or Braintrust Academy account.
- 2.At the end of the “Welcome to Braintrust” Academy Course, you will prompted to submit your proof-of-work in the Google Form. You need only submit one:
- 1.Proof of Work - Option 1: Discord message link to a completed bounty. Check out the bounties in the “Bounties” section on Discord.
- 2.Proof of Work - Option 2: Braintrust Profile link.
- 3.You'll be assigned your Level 1 Discord Role.
Approved Talent will automatically be up-leveled to Level 2 status.

The Braintrust community is 100% internationally distributed and it is not always easy for everyone to attend every meeting or event.Instructions:
- 1.1.Attend 3 live community events, or watch three of the most current videos on the Braintrust Youtube.
- 2.2.Summarize the event or write recap notes and then share your findings back out in Discord.
- 3.3.Mention other people who attended the event so the conversation can continue from there.

Instructions: Write and publish 10 long format blogs or articles chronicling your three month journey with Braintrust.

Advance from Level 2 to Level 3
- Complete multiple Level 2 bounties Complete multiple grants
- Apply to be a Community Educator
- Serve as a Community Ambassador, Educator, or Builder for 6+ months and receive positive reviews
- Provide meaningful and valuable contributions in the Discord channels
